I know that many of you don't know me, but some of you do. Earlier today my daughter doubled over with crippling abdominal pain that caused to actually fall out. She is having a CAT-Scan right now and has been admitted to ICU. They fear that she has severe appendicitis or something worse. She is 16 years old and even though she is not my blood child nor did I adopt her during my marriage with my x-wife I consider her mine and treat her as such. I am currently not at the hospital because my x-wife doesn't want our son to panic so I have him at home a few minutes away. So for those of you that do pray to a higher power I ask that you keep her in mind. Thank you.

Good luck and keep us posted fnkngrv, I ended up having my appendix removed on the first day of my Junior year of high school. Very painful for sure! I hope it hasnt burst or anything.....more time in the hospital draining and such. Good luck bud, but ya know how resilient kids are, they bounce back pretty good, but smart enough to milk it for all its worth, lol She'll be fine, just scary stuff!

Thank you for all of the support. She has been released home for now however she very well may end up in surgery at the drop of the hat. She has had 3 cysts that we were not aware of burst in her lower abdomen and she has had a reaction to the meds they put her on for her wisdom teeth removal surgery last Monday. She is a very unhappy and pained little girl right now so I am in a standby mode for anything right now.
