I recently purchased a used 2006 Toyota Yaris 1.3 TR which has done about 80,000 miles(a lot for 4 years old!).
Issues I have:
1.) The noise when starting engine sounds like starting a really old car.
2.) The clutch won't work unless its pressed to its end.
3.) The gear change is hard, one because the clutch needs pressing, second coz of the gear itself. Last time, one a round about, the gear wont go to first gear so I got to second, stopped and moved the car from a second gear...(hope that makes sense!)
4.) The A/C isn't working for some reason- never did since I bought it..but the heating is instant and everything else is great on the car.
I know I should take the car to Toyota garage but I am not in a state to afford a lot and I know toyota might charge a lot for this!
Please advice on anything I should do. Thanks.
