I had the alignment done just over a month ago after the new suspension was installed.

new 15" Enkei's.. Will I need to take for alignement again as these are wider?

No, you shouldn't have to. Wheel alignment is to make the alignment of the car proper regardless of how fat or skinny the tires are.

Now if you want a custom alignment, then it's a different story.

Sorry to thread jack, But would you need to align the car after lowering it? I just purchase the car brand new in March, and I lowered not to long ago.

Some will say yes. I installed my own TRD "Sportivo" package along with the sway bar and changed out my wheels and tires. I did not have to get an alignment. Kinda got lucky that everything went well right out of the box.

Reputable places will do free alignment checks, so give it a few weeks after your spring install then go have it looked at. So if it's good, no need to do anything and you have a piece of mind. If you do need it, well then it gets done and you don't wear your tires out prematurely.

wheels/tires no

any modification to any suspension component....yes. including just changing from oem shocks to oem shocks...changing knuckles, tie rods, control arms, springs, upper strut bearings....you name it, if it's suspension and you've changed it, you need an alignment.

for those who have 'gotten lucky' with it and not done it since you change parts, get ready to buy some tires. you may not pull or drift, but your camber is definitely off. as well as your sway bar angle, and steering axis inclination.

If you just change the rear shocks, i would'nt waste the $ on an alignment. Front struts is a different story though....

Wheels/new rubber are installed now. Shall have some pics later and you can give me your thoughts on how it looks. All I can say though is with the suspension work and these wheels/tires/combo.. It doesn't come close to what it used to drive like.
Love it!!!

I was going to record some laps at the track with the go pro. Will youtube host for free?
Jason@sportscar put some great laps up for viewing from his last run in Utah.
