So I am making a legal left turn, I have the green light and the opposite traffic has the Red. As I am making the turn, this Jackass jumps out and drives right through.

Now the cop is sitting in his unmarked car on the sidewalk looking and does nothing. All he does is look and stayed stationary, even when I passed him he still stood there. :iono:

Trust me that's a COP. They park there all the time. The building on my left is UCONN

That could've just been a detective. Speaking from similar experiences they usually don't handle traffic violations.
