Car wont start

Installed an ultra start 1155 with a fortin bypassall, in an 09 5 door yaris hb, I cannot find a negative or positive pulse at the drivers kick panel, brown or green/yellow. When I ground the green wire from the fortin the car will start, any ideas:bow:cry:Thanks

or, you can just uninstall a useless alarm system cuz if anyone wants in there they'll be in and out before anyone even starts caring that an alarm's going off...
