Help Parking brake indicator

Hello, when I apply my parking brake I don't see any indicator light.
What could be causing this. When I turn my key to 'on' I see the light for couple of seconds then it disappears.

The switch for it is at the base of the parking brake lever. If you pop the center console, you can get at it to see if the connector is off.
