I have 15x7 +38 with 225-50's and mine stick out a smidge
so an inch wider with a lower offset should be sticking out a lil over an inch, so as stated before...loooooow-ridah!

They'll actually fit almost perfectly flush all around with some 195/50/15 tires. You will need to run at least -1.5 deg. camber up front, rear will clear no problem.
I'm running 16x8 +25 up front with 195/45/16 with -2 deg. camber and it tucks in perfect  16x8 +15 rear pokes nice too

wow, i took a quick peek at your garage and it does look quite nice. how has the camber change affected your handling and tire wear?? i'd never think that someone could pull off those kinds of wheel numbers with a yaris...

I haven't posted any pics of these wheels yet... I'm waiting for some different coilovers so that I can lower the front more first. Camber won't affect your tire wear too much, it's toe that kills tires. If you drive aggressively and corner a lot like I do, the negative camber will actually help increase tire life. I run -2 deg front and -2 deg rear (shimmed) with 0 toe all around. It makes the car feel 100% better (handles like a go kart!)
For OP, you may want to run 195/55/15 tires if you don't plan to lower the car a lot, this will help fill in the fender gap a bit more, and will be easier to stretch since they have more sidewall.

Too much - Camber will destroy tires very quickly depending on your driving habits.
BUT you are correct toe will mutilate tires even faster.

Because of the width you will be protruding approx. 47 mm out of your current wheel and tire offset position. Should look pretty good.
My 225's barely tuck. You should be right on that border.

we put those exact wheels Tamago is talking about on my girls yaris and they poked too much for my taste on stock suspension.
maybe with 2.0 negative camber all around and some lowering springs it'd work.

If you look at my garage, the wheels on my car were 15x7.5 with a 30 offset... that may give you an idea... somewhere between 03Z33's car and mine.

If you get over the visual preferance you have to face the fact that the vehicle is going to handle MUCH different than stock. I am not saying this is good.
I would buy some CV joints in bulk.
