dear mga ka yaris ME, pwede ba tayo mag set ng goals/ objectives, kase siyempre pag mag inviye tayo ng member we need to share with them goals / objectives of YW ME, lalo na we are planning to make a leaflets... for advertisement and campaign ... pls share po comments !!! :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

my 2 halalas,

dapat po hindi tayo basta basta kumukuha ng mga members, meron po kasing mga members na pagkatapos makuha ang gusto nila hindi na sumasama at nagpapakita, yong iba naman after ng 1 meeting wala na at kapag nalagyan na sila ng sticker member na sila.

dapat po talaga meron tayong regulations for new members
-4 meetings or something para maging official member at madikitan ng stickers.

@kenn, maiaayos natin ito, pag uusapan natin ito sa next GM. magkakaroon tayo ng rules and regulation, malaki na kc ang grupo at need na natin ibahin ang diskarte sa pagsali ng mga new members:biggrin:

3 consecutive monthly meet na di nagpapakita e siguro....evict na ba agad?......more suggestion.....

teka teka lng po! e papaano nman ako? due to the nature of my work... sa operations po ako and 24 Hrs duty/ 24 Hrs day off... every other day ang work every other day din ang day off... malas malas pa kung nagka OT pa e 12 hrs na lng ang day off ko. madalas natataon sa duty ang minimeets d2 sa east... swerte lng ngayon at naka emergency local leave ako. timing din doon sa GM natin.
