Is there a ride height difference between these two OEM tires?

I was just wondering if there is an overall ground clearance difference between these two OEM tires: 185/60-15 and 175/65-14?

I currently have the 15" on my Yaris RS hatch back but I'm looking at the 14" for my winter tires mounted on steelies (General Arctic Altimax), I know the 14's would probably perform better in the snow because they are more narrow so I'm thinking along that route.....

185/60/15 = 23.7" diameter
175/65/14 = 23.0" diameter

EDIT:
So, 175/65/14 would certainly work for the winter, but you could also run:
175/70/14 = 23.7" diameter
185/70/14 = 24.3" diameter

Thanks for the info and the link! I will likely go with the 175/65/14 as it is an OEM size and will likely give better traction in the snow vs. the 15"......and the ride height/ground clearance is negligible, I highly doubt 0.7" extra clearance with the 15's is gonna make a big difference in the snow!

185/60-15 summer and 175/65-14 winter is my set-up. It drops my sedan nearly 1/2" when the winter boots are mounted.
I'm planning to change to 175/70/14 Ice-X for this coming winter. They will stand the same 23.7" diameter as the summer tires and should make it easier to negotiate deep snow and plow berms which has been challenging in my already lowered condition.

I can see it being an issue with your car if its already lowered but I'm thinking 1/2" or less overall ride height shouldn't make too much of a difference for me with my stock
RS HB going from 185/60/15 to 175/65/14....

Plus Tirerack.com has the General Arctic Altimax in the 175/65/14 size but I don't think they have it in 175/70/14......
