but I can't get the fog lights to work. One of the bulbs broke, so we are going to buy two new bulbs before we completely re-install the bumper, but i did connect the one and when I reconnected the battery and tried to get the fog lights on nothing happened. They didn't turn on and I couldn't get the indicator on? Can someone help? Is this because only one was connected? I completely forget how to get them on the light switch cause its been so long, but usually after fiddling with it for a while it works.

Ok I sat in garage for 30 mins playing with it, and read the reread the manual I am turning them on the right way but the indocator is not coming up. I am hoping this is because both the bulbs are broken and just need to be replaced?

The fog indicator isn't tied to the state of the bulbs. Check the 'FR FOG' fuse in the under dash fuse box.

I was just talking to a friend who is an electrical engineer, he was thinking because I only had one light connected, broken or not the circuit was not complete. So I will go and get some new bulbs tomorrow and try again.
How would I access that fuse?

The fuse box is literally under the bottom of the dash, by the hood release lever.

Ok where is the FR Fog fuse, and what am I looking for? I bought brand new bulbs, just like the ones that were in the broken ones, I have the bumper back on everything hooked up... and still cannot get the indicator on....

Pop the fuse (the pulling tool is in the under hood fuse panel). The fuse should have a U of metal connecting the two legs. If the fuse is popped the U will have a gap.

Where is the under hood fuse panel? so I pop the fuse and then hope it works. I am SO sorry I'm an accountant and I am pretty good at following directions this is just getting REALLY confusing....

The under hood fuse panel is the plastic box next to the battery on the driver's side under the hood. The fuse puller is the white plastic thing that looks like a pair of tweezers. You use it to pull the aforementioned fuse. If the fuse is popped you will replace it with the spare 15A fuse that is in the under hood fuse panel. The cover of the box shows the fuses and indicates the three spares.

You press in on the indented area and then lift up.
