It's probably for a sedan,being that he drives 1,but who knows maybe it's for both aswell.

Seems to be for both body styles, but is for the automatic trans. Note that the manual trans doesn't have or need the NSS (neutral safety switch) required by the automatic, and hence the fender doesn't need to be drilled or the long wire run under the hood.
