Is there an easy way to cure the back end from coming around. I am not sure if it's as simple as carreing to much speed into the corner or if it me lifting once the car starts to push. Any pointers would be great.
Thanks again

You have oversteer?
What is your suspension set up?

Late braking into the corner, or even lifting after starting your turn can cause that. Trying doing ALL of your braking before you turn the wheel, and see how that feels.

Eibach pro kit strut tower brace rear sway bar. 195/50/15 tires. It was on an oval got about a third of the way through the corner before the back end let go.

Are you lifting off the gas when you feel the back end coming around?

Not sure that's the problem. The whole chicken or the egg thing. I think it starts to go then I lift.

What tires, exactly? And what tire pressure were you running when this happened?

That's the majority of the problem. You have look where you want to go and mash the gas. On a FWD is essentially impossible to spin while under power. As long the front wheels are in the direction you want to go, the front end will keep pulling you in that direction.

I've had the back end pushed out nearly 90 degrees while racing and still recovered. I was at full lock in the direction I needed to go and had my foot to the floor.

I'd play with tire pressure, you can do more then you'd think.

If your loosing it a third of the way through the corner. it sounds like you went into it too hot. I dont race, just a watcher, but I'd always heard you slow just as you approach the corner, and back into the gas the second half of it, past the apex.

And I could be full of it too!
