i've been looking at replacing the rubber on the 08, i know the stock size is 185 60 r15, but theres only like 3-4 tires i can find in that size. would there be any issues with "rubbing" if i went with a 185 65 r15? lots more choices in this size and its not a major size diff. any thoughts? thanks

With stock suspension, 185/65/15 will work very well. You could also go with 195/60/15 or even 205/55/15.
