rear swaybar construction?

So I can not find a definitive listing of the type of material used in the TRD and UR rear bar. Our Whiteline bar is 22mm solid, and adjustable. Does anyone know if the TRD/UR bars are solid or tubular?

Both solid, both steel. Weight for either of the 19mm is about 13 pounds, the UR 23mm one maybe 15-16, but I could weigh one if you want something more specific.

is there any special type of solid steel for the UR 23mm rear anti-sway bar? just curious if it can be fabricated easily
