Antenna Grounding Locations?

Does anyone know the antenna grounding locations? I thought I saw one under the dash close to the radio? And I'm assuming another is where the antenna mounts to the roof? Thanks in advance.

The antenna cable is a coax cable with the center conductor being the RF signal wire and the outer conductor being the shield. The shield connects to the radio and to the antenna base. The other wire under the dash that is strapped to the antenna cable is the 12V power feed for the antenna amplifier.
