I don't know about the 2010, but I am guessing it may also have the wiring harness for power mirrors already to go. I have a 2008 LB and it had all the wires that I needed. I bought a switch off ebay from a 2003 xA, after checking with the wiring diagram and verifying that it was compatible. I plugged it into the harness. Then I bought 2 TYC power mirrors from Amazon. Removed the door panel (using previous DIY), removed mirrors (using previous DIY) added new mirrors plugged into pre-run harness checked their operation and bolted it back together. Viola, power mirrors for under $100.

In the pics below, you can see that you remove the storage box on the dash (squeeze the sides and pull it out). Then pop out the mirror switch blank from the back by squeezing on the tabs and pushing. You should be able to locate the 10pin connector almost right behind the blank. Plug in your switch, mount your mirrors on your door and plug them in and your done. Took me all of 30 minutes.

I believe that they are all pre-wired. A while back someone asked if their car was pre-wired for power locks and in the process of checking for that (which they are not), we found that the wire was in place in the door for the power mirrors.

Do the TYC powered mirrors fold like the stock ones?
