Put it this way, I've ran into 20+ blogs dedicated to Vitz modding only....
If you want the many links, let me know through PM.

They have monthly meets that usually consists of 15+ Vitz from different prefectures...
ie: Gifu ken, Aichi ken, Yokohama, Nagoya ken, etc.
