Yesterday on Halloween 2010 , my Yaris cracked 100,000 miles :headbang::bow: Also I shot and killed the largest deer ( 10 point 204 lbs ) in my life at 2:00 in the afternoon .
I've never had a car with more than 100,000 miles . Looks like I will keep Coryn until 200,000 miles another first for me ....
One last thing , my super hot , spanking ass nasty GF finally traded in the POS mini and bought a .......wait for it ...........a YARIS HB . I now have 3 Yaris HB in my stable .
Before anybody asks , let me just say I have only replaced the oil, filters, brakes, shocks and tires .
Nothing but SWEETNESS Coryn is :bow::bow::bow::bow::bow::bow::bow::bow::bow: :bow::bow::bow:

Congrats!
I'm 5K away myself. These things are built for the long haul.
Curious though. I'm surprised you've had to do your brakes and shocks.
I'm guessing you do a lot of city driving? At what mileage did you replace each?
My brakes are at 45% with 95,000. I don't expect a brake job until over 175,000 miles.
As far as the shocks, they seem perfectly fine too.
Thanks!

About the maintenance , I replaced the original shocks @ 15K with the TRD , then again with a new set of TRD @ 65K . I replaced the brake pads @ 35K and 95K . I replaced the stock rotors @ 5K with R1 rotors , then replaced the R1's with Brake Warehouse rotors @ 50K . I have bought through 6 sets of tires , 2 sets of stock goodyears , 2 sets of Michelin PE2 exaltos , 1 sets of Hoosier A6 , and 1 set of Dunlop Direzzas .
The original shocks did not wear out , I just replaced them . All shocks I replace @ 50K as a preventative maint. measure .
I love to do Tracks, Autox and Mountain roads I want my car to perform well , soo I don't let the parts wear out .
Pics of the girls soon
Oh , typo the deer was 204 lbs (two hundred four) not 240  I didn't have my camera so the pic is kinda iffy , and ididn't once think to use my HD video cam :iono:

Wow, that's a lot of discretionary spending. But that's your business.
I'm at about the same mileage and the only money I've spent is on my second set of tires and oil changes.

I compare maint to a guitar . When you put new strings on a guitar , they sound bright and have lots of sustain , but after heavy playing for a couple of months the notes sound dull and short . I don't want my car's performance to ever be dull and/or short . I don't mind spending to preserve my safety .
Look and see where my tires and brakes went :smile:

Hell if you go to replace your TRD shocks again let me know! I'd be happy to buy them from you. I'm 89k on the OEMs now and they're working great, but I don't get to drive on as many fun roads as you do
