Well my Ex wife filed bankruptcy and since she was my cosigner on my car I got locked out of Toyota Financial,they would not talk to me,would not mail me any info like Account # or where to mail a payment......

I had since day one always payed online,never had a paper statement with account # or nothing,so once it all got in the Bankruptcy which I am not part of.....just a bystander....lol

So today the Trustee told me he would not be any help on the car,so I went to my Dealership......

The poor lady must of thought I was on Candid camera.....I had spoke to her a month ago when this started.....

She managed to get me my account # and where to mail payment to.....shame when you have to beg Toyota to take your money........this took 15 hours on the phone,hung up on too many times to count....lied to by them.....I meen what a trip.......

So next month my modding will begin........car done by summer......God willing......lol

if they owe money on it and don't keep the payments up. usually though fancy cars are involved, not economy cars.

Before I can get her off the car I have to refinance it to take her off......but till February it is still stuck in the Bankruptcy,as long as she gets everything set for the Chapter 7 I am good,if she ends up with Chapter 13....well then I am back to ground zero....but should be able to trade in if needed at that point.

But car is paid in full 2012.....I may pay it off early though.
