What do I need to do?
I have changed manual transmission fluid at 50k intervals.
I have never pulled the plastic cover off the top of engine but, looks like I will have to for the spark plugs. Also, do you reccomend Toyota OEM parts or can I buy at Auto Parts store like AutoZone or PepBoys?
Where can I take the used antifreeze?

spark plugs (NGK only for me...)and antifreeze (toyota only for toyotas).

walmart and autozone take used antifreeze as well as used oil and other fluids.

just crossed the 100k threshold on the sedan and i always recommend oem if you can find/afford it. i put denso iridium plugs and toyota long-life antifreeze(both what my car came with from the factory) in and you may as well change the air filter(unless you've done it recently).

i found a good deal online for the plugs and the coolant i just bought from the local dealership parts counter.
