very nice. i'd thought about it but the cut-off line from the factory is very smooth and looks awesome even with halogens.

Would you have a DIY? to share with Yaris World?

Hey Adam, is that the bolt-on projector kit? If so, I think you may have installed it incorrectly. The cut-off is going to be vertical instead of horizontal. I'm thinking this because of where the LED's for the halo is located. They should be at the bottom of the ring, but in your picture, they are facing to the left of the headlight.

?????

the bottom of the halo ring is pointing down

i actually installed them upside down to begin with just from taking the projector apart to look at it....

what i am doing to check the beam direction is shining an led flashlight i have thru the back of the lense....so its set up correctly, trust me.

you just have the orientation of the headlight wrong in your mind. the bottom of the headlight is the bottom left of the pic....

Yes +1 on what Derick said.

How did you get them to sit "flush" towards the back of the housing? They look really good.

My bad. lol, explained on MI. hahahaha. That angle just makes it look like a sedan headlight or a LB headlight laying on its side.

good job, are they a marked improvement over the stock light with better bulbs? how long did the whole job take you. do you sell and do the work.
only reason I ask is that I'm in St Clements several times a year

ok, got a second wind tonight after a pb&j, so i sealed the lights up.....went together much easier than i expected.....the lenses just popped back into the clips without issue....i really though i was going to have to bungee cord the backs and fronts together.

Nice. Did you have to dremel the inside of the housing for the projector to fit?

yes.

i had to cut off all of the brackets that normally hold the H4 bulb and bore out the hole a bit to fit the projector

Looks good, I'd like to get some projectors at some point but I'm afraid to commit lest I mess up something.

its actually easier than i thought to convert the headlights...

that said, its nice to have an extra set of headlights just in case

i still have to actually wire them up and install them in the yaris, though.

Once you get yours done if it's not too hard to do the whole process (and if the price is right :D) I'll probably buy a set of those from you.
