Check the DOME and ACC fuses in the under dash fuse panel (The one that is literally under the bottom of the driver's side of the dash).

You have a DMM or a Light tester to check if the wire harness is getting power ? Do you have an aftermarket radio ? If so it should also have a fuse right by the harness, you can either check it visually or continuity test it with the beeper function on a DMM (Digital Multi Meter ) You'd wanna check the Yellow and Red wires on the harness going to the radio for 12 volts using a meter or for the light to turn on with a light tester, only thing about a light tester is it'll tell you if voltage is present but not how much. If you have power there then check the ground wire.
If you don't have power then there's a fuse out. I'd troubleshoot it before making any HUGE assumptions like i blew my radio.
Good Luck

How did you check the fuses? If just by looking at them, the smaller value ones can pop without looking like they are popped. I prefer to check them with an ohm meter for continuity or to simply swap in a new one.
Also, is there anything besides the radio that is not working (interior lights, specific dash lights, etc.)?

That's the thing everything does work! Just not the radio!

OK. In your initial post you mention that it happened when you were fixing your remote wire. Is that the remote wire for an amplifier? Also, did you check to make sure that one of the radio's connectors is not just loose?

I am gonna have to tear it apart later today! Go to go to work thanks for info and comments I will u posted!but you know the wire I used to wire my amp was the wrong wire I think, cuz I had to wire in a switch to turn my amp off! It is a light blue wire.

You actually want to use the grey wire on that same connector, which is accessory switched power. The light blue is constant power for maintaining the radio's settings.
