A/C or Heater Core leaking into passenger floor?

My wife called me at work a few minutes ago and said that her passenger side floor board was damp and that she could hear water sloshing behind the glove box when turning a corner. I am still at work so haven't got to check it myself yet. It was kinda warm the other day and I am sure she had the A/C on. I am hoping the drain tube for the condensation is just stopped up.

Any history of the Yaris having leaky heater cores??? This is an '07 Sedan by the way.

Nevermind, did a search and see that this is pretty common. Will check the drain hose after work.

Took the drain hose loose from the floor pan and loose from the white plastic HVAC box under the dash and it was clear. So then I pushed a cup up under the plastic box and jammed a small allen wrench up in the hole. After probing around a few seconds water comes pouring out and when I pulled out the allen wrench it had nice big leaf on it. Took all of 5 minutes.
