Is UA-NCP13 1.5L Manual Trans a Vitz RS?

Greetings everyone!

I would like to ask you all if a "2003 Toyota Vitz RS" UA-NCP13 is a Vitz RS version?

I currently drive a 02 Vitz 1.3L and I would love to buy a Vitz RS.

I've been browsing the internet alot and I have seen many RS's and they all have the RS bodykit but I have seen one on the internet for an attractive price. But the front bumper of the vitz im interested in and it has a stock vitz front bumper (Not RS) and the RS emblem on the grill is also missing.

But! The rear bumper on the vitz im interested in is the same as an RS rear bumper. And im kind of confused if it really is a Vitz RS or not.

Do you have the VIN (17 number/letter vehicle identification code) for it? The NCP13 is the model code, but it alone doesn't give enough detail about the car, whereas the VIN has all of the details as to what features the car had when it was built.
