Service in Phoenix

Where do you go for service in Phoenix. Good and bad experiences? I go to Camelback, and get really good service from Alfonso.

If my memory serves me right, you boought your car at Right; have you ever gone there? (I'm about due fro my 5000 mile)

Yeah, I bought this one at Right. I usually go to Camelback and use Alfonso for service. They have always been good to me there. It is quite a ways from my house, but I will keep going there since I trust him. As for some of the other service advisors there, I havent heard such good things. I just want to make sure I have options in case he leaves or something. The good news is that we drive reliable cars, and dont need too much unscheduled service.

It is always good to develop a good relationship with your service advisor. I had on 03 Prius that toyota covered $15,000 dollars worth of repairs on, and it wasnt even under the factory warranty any longer. Toyota calls it "good will".

I have mine serviced where I purchased it...Bell Rd Toyota. I-17 and Bell.

Blaine is a great guy over there. So far been awesome to work with them.
