Just received word from my cousin who lives in Indianapolis. His younger brother (19) just crashed his 2007 Honda S2000 into a pole. My cousin is alright but the car however looks beyond repair.

I drove it a couple of times.. and that gear box was just amazing to drive.

Just thought I could share. =|

Suzuka blue s2000...those are a real beauty. The car did it's job though, gave
it's life to save the drivers. Glad everyone is all right.

Why would you let a 19 yr old kid drive a car like that:confused:? That was asking for trouble:thumbdown:

If you properly read what the OP posted he said it was his cousin, which means it was out of his control.

Anyways it's a real kick in the teeth to lose an S2K. Hope he learned his lesson...

Well my cousin helps out in a substantial part in their family business. (Manufacture mailbox post and installs in the Indianapolis area) He is compensated by having this car. Insurance has since declared it a total loss. They are in the process of looking for another one same color, but the CR (club racing) edition. I'm sure he'll be more careful for his sake and the cars.

Certainly! The gearbox was just one thing that I loved the most about it.
