Cassettte to CD conversion HELP

I have about 60 cassette tapes that I would like to save to my computer and put on CD's. Don't think that I have a working tape player anymore. Quality is not an issue they are mainly speaker tapes.

What would be the way to make the conversion??

This one's a little cheaper than the one on ebay, but none of them get great reviews.
