Question, search didnt help much. I have a 2010 Yaris sedan and the wife just put a cigarette burn in the front seat. Yeah, I know all the crud about smoking, and in the car. Lets not go there.
My question is whether the cushion area can be replaced? I think the air bag is only in the upper half? If the material is glued to the foam, I wonder if they sell it at a separate piece? She's gonna have to pay for it, but the seat as a whole is like 1800.00 bucks which aint gonna happen. May have to search the boneyard for it.......
Any usable suggestions? No shes not gonna quite smoking, hence asking for USABLE suggestions.

Why fix it? Chances are she'll burn another hole in it anyways.
You can get it reupholstered or put a temporary seat cover on it.
I'd personally use this as an excuse to get a Recaro seat.

I guess it could happen, but odds are against it. And I'm not one to invest those high dollar seats. I just want a seat with no friggin burn in it! Grrr.....

As an ex-smoker I second this sentiment. Unless you successfully ban smoking in your car (which aint gonna happen).

Get some fireproof asbestos seat covers.

(PSA> Quit smoking)

The EPC doesn't list separate part numbers for the seat covers or cushions, so it may be one of those only available as a whole type things. If you look at my DIY on the seat heaters, I pulled the fabric off Crashy's driver's side seat to install seat heaters. It was actually relatively easy to pull and put back on the fabric, but in your case, the question is whether you can get replacement fabric.
