Oil Type and service manual

I have a toyota vitz 2006 model 1.0 Automatic. I am going to change the engine oil and i would like to know what type of oil I have to buy.

I am trying to download a service manual for this type of car could anyone tell me from where i can get a copy

i couldn't find the 2005 Vitz users guide, can anyone help me with that? i want to know what the "B" position in my gearbox means and what the maximun speed i should keep in that position?
