thanks guys. I just found out that the suv wasn't the one that hit me. the guy that hit me and the suv in the picture tried to run from the accident! wow! and big lo the car was a "total loss" as they say, i will find out how much i get from insurance soon. I have full coverage, but no Gap insurance. we'll see.

hmm Glad everyone was ok! Looks like the front end of the Yaris got it pretty bad, but the cabin looks untouched. the Honda, however... Did it roll? Anyways, I hope they pay you enough for the car.

You kicked that Honda's ass! :headbang:
Too bad about your Yaris though!
By chance did you have the split-folding rear seat? Any way you can sneak it out of the car before they total it?
Glad to hear you're OK! :drinking:
Cheers! M2

Hey now! If he's got the split-folding rear seat, there's no reason to let it stay in the wreck!
I've been on the hunt for one for going on two years now...with no luck!
I just figured this might be an opporunity to score one...and help Judas Iscariot start saving up for a new Yaris! :w00t:
Cheers! M2

Wow, sucks to hear. Always glad when a Yaris driver walks away, especially from something like that. Looks bad and sounds scary!
On the bright side, you don't have to worry about your headlight problem anymore.
