Don't need to double post, especially in the wrong subforum.

That desperate you are to get rid of it?

Sorry that I don't spend all my time online and know how to use everything properly. There's no need to be rude about it.

And when you have a kid on the way, tons of bills and school to pay for yes...getting rid of car payments makes a big difference.

Sorry, you can think I'm being rude too, but nobody will pay that. That's like 1000 off of brand new MSRP for a car with 30k miles on it.

I'll have to agree. Sorry but it's highly unrealistic to find a buyer that will pay $15,000 for a '09 Yaris with 30k miles.

It's been 17months since you got the car, which means you would have made about $5,000 in car payments. Which means you should have about $10k-12k left on the loan. (guesstimating the car was $13k-16k+ TTL and destination fee)

At best you would be lucky to get $10,000 for your car. Hopefully you'll get enough to cover the loan.

Was not trying to be rude about it. I believe double posting is against forum rules.

I'm sure getting rid of car payments will help out for other financial priorities. As for your asking price, compare it to the KBB suggested resale value, I don't feel like looking it up, but just know that people are not willing to pay more than what is suggested there. Look up private sale and not trade in value once you are on the KBB website.

The Yaris loses value pretty quick so I agree that 15K is totally unrealistic. No one here will pay that especially since you couldn't get financing for that much on a private sale.
