looking good, I like the rims, dark grey goes well with the silver color of the car!

Great photography too, very professional, what kinda camera do you use?

I'm using a Canon EOS 10D digital SLR. Just some prep shots. The car's a little too tall, the TTE springs are waiting in the wings to be fitted once second service is completed.

what kind of lens was used, or was it all done in photoshop?

This series of photos were shot with a 70-200mm, and as I shoot in raw format, I convert it with CaptureOne and resize with Photoshop CS for web use.

For this photo, did you use maximum zoom from a long distance? The perspective looks quite unusual, almost like it's a picture of a toy car!

Profesional cameras have that effect.

Plus the window looks fucking because of the cameras good quality and the lights reflection.

Yup, I have a canon 350D, not full-fledged pro stuff, but miles better than any pocket cam! I'm just asking because I have a similar lens to his and would like to know more on how to achieve that look.

Not being sarcastic, but probably some photagraphy classes or tips.

Yes, a zoom makes the car less distorted, giving it a flat appearance. The Yaris is round little thing, isn't it? No point making it look like a cartoon.

I also used a polarizer for these shots.

nice turning picture, impressive angle shot. The Yaris is pretty good at hugging the road even without being lowered to extreme measures...

I vote your pics to be in the calendar!

For all you blokes living in Singapore....is it costly to register your car and what is the cost of gas like over there?

cleong

My Yaris cost me $50,000 Singapore dollars. That's $33,000 US Dollars. There's a whole bunch of taxes plus dealer profit that pushes it up to that kind of price.

Price of gas (95 octane) is about US$1 a litre.

It's a 70-200mm F/2.8. A full frame sensor gives shallower DOF than crop sensors, as you can zoom in to frame your subject a bit more. More focal length gives shallower DOF, and a full frame sensor lets you frame your subject more tightly by zooming in closer.

Nice pics indeed. Wondering if your car came with that radio mast or did you replace it with what's on there now. I noticed those on some of the 09 versions.
