Vitz 2008, Vibration and tapping noise

Hi all,

I've been reading the forums for a while now, I just registered today. I must say great work and a huge thank you to all the people sharing solutions here.

I have two problems,

1. My vitz 2008, which is a 1.0 liter engine, shakes / vibrates when in Idle in D and when i shift to nuetral it stop and starts a few seconds later. this is both with and without A/c

2. There are two very annoying noises, one sounds like its coming from the engine from the passenger side, its a tapping, rattling noise like something is hitting the back of the dash as the engine vibrates.

the other noise is a squeeky noise, which comes and goes, sometimes on bumps sometimes on straight roads and it drives me absolutely crazy.
