15" Advan Kruezer XIIs (silver) or 15" TR Motorsport C1s

I'll be lowering my 07 Meteroite Yaris LB in the next two weeks and now I'm planning on getting a new set of wheels. I'm considering either a set of 15" Advan Kruezer XIIs (silver) or a set of 15" TR Motorsport C1s. Both are light weight wheels and I'm having are time deciding on which set to purchase. I'm open to all suggestions, comments, feedback, etc...

Also, any suggestions on lugs and where to purchase them (at a reasonable price?)

For me, definitely the Advan!

The C1s would cost $100 less and come with lug nuts.
As for the Advans, the name and reputation speaks for itself.
