Work compensation

So I recently found a new job working for a bank. I went ahead and and put my 2 weeks notice, and all of a sudden I'm irreplaceable. First he offered me a 2 buck raise, I didn't say yes, today, he offers me a 3 buck raise. Ive worked there for over 2 years. Now the bank isn't offering more, but I can be promoted, where as I'm basically topped off where I am. I'm also a believer in the fact that I should get a raise because I deserve it, not because I'm leaving.

What would you guys do?
