Do you have the boot for the WB hub, or just the part as shown?

Just the part shown. I picked it up used and the boot was missing... It did come attached to a broken steering wheel.
Our new setup does not use the stock steering column, so these are no longer of any use.

I don't quite get why you said it didn't have a provision to retain horn.
as for airbag i do believe a member here said something about by passing both the connector with a resistor, 5ohms IIRC.
if it's just some little wiring for horns to work im interested.

To bypass the dual squib airbag you would connect two resistors across the two airbag connectors. 2.2 to 4.0 ohms are the typical values used for this purpose. As for the horn, with a hub adapter you lose the spiral cable (AKA clockspring). The spiral cable is a device that allows the horn and airbag wires to be able to be rotated back and forth without eventually snapping. Some hub adapters have their own version of a spiral cable to allow a horn switch to still remain on the rotating steering wheel. In a worst case, you could mount a switch to the dash and wire the horn to it.
