Just picked up some Sawblades from a 94 vette in chrome, buying my adapters here soon :).. Sold my Tein coilovers to a guy on here, now i have to pic up some Megans from Garm. Im going for something that hasnt been done on here yet. This is going to get interesting, last time i tried a crazy wheel i destroyed my fenders from rubbing like crazy. Ill get some pics up soon of the wheels they need some re-finishing. But i picked them up for 300 bucks :). Just wanted to get some opinions, good idea or bad idea?

Hey, whatever tickles your pickle. Post up some piccies when you've got'em.

I personally wouldn't do it, but to each his own. Let us know what kind of issues you run into in the process. What the the specs on the wheel? Size, offset, width?

They are 17x8.5 front/ 17x9.5 rear 56mm, buying some adapters here next week for them, car is going into a shop next week to get fitted, see what we need to do to get them to fit proper and what tires ill be using. The guys im going to do great work on VIP cars and do great fender work. This is going to be pretty sick if they can pull it off. Its going to cost me some green though

My guess is that even if you get them mounted, they will suck the life out of your car. ....way too much wheel/tire mass for a 100 hp car!

However, you will probably pull 2G's on the skid pad.

Looking forward to seeing it. Was always wondering how they would fit.

If were talking old Corvette wheels, I am a fan of the salad shooters. Ugly, but cool and purposeful.
