March 26-27 the Cal Club Region SCCA is hosting its Double Regional/drivers school/time-trial weekend at Buttonwillow. For those without a racing license, or not interested in taking the licensing course (this requires a racecar and full safety gear), there is still the option of the time-trial.
The time-trial is a great value at $125 per day (sat or sun) or $200 for both days. Your car needs to pass a basic tech, and minimal safety gear is needed (helmet/long sleeves/etc).
We will have the H Prod Yaris out there with Sony GT5 producer Chris Hinojosa-Miranda making his racing depute.
