Hi all - visiting Portland and thinking of picking up the DC Sport Headers. I've tried to check all posts/stickies but need some quick feedback on whether it's a go or a no. Since they've been around for a while, I'm interested in hearing from those who have had them on for over a year or two.

For the time being I'm running a stock exhaust but will probably go with a cat back mod later.

1) Performance Difference (Torque/HP)?
2) MPG difference?
3) Any downside or better product?

Thanks guys!

I just got mine, not installed yet but I can say that i have worked with many header designs and makes.

The dc is very high quality and will require very little gasket match work and NO work need on inside of runners , this is very rare ! Just s bit of clean up work on collector end. Overall out of 10 I give the dc a 9 !

Thanks bro - my two concerns were the ceramic coating on the softer metal (as opposed to going stainless) and not being able to install it on my own. Are the mods for fitment pretty minor?

I've had mine for two years at least, if not 3 and the coating is still fine. Mid-high RPM there are gains, didn't notice any loss at low ends. I don't know of a better header honestly, DC has the best design out there. I don't regret my purchase at all. MPG numbers stayed the same, did go up when I swapped in a corolla TB. I'm running a AEM CAI, corolla TB, DC header, and stock after that. I did have to replace my OEM O2 sensor with a new one as the old one was seized.

There is no downside to it, and the DC is the best made and "prettiest" of the headers available for the Yaris.

Should be joining the ranks of DC header owners soon!

Crazy. The header didn't make any change on the sound of my car.

Love the DC header. Great quality, easy install.

I get between 32-39 MPG with K&N Typhoon intake, DC Sports Header, and a different muffler (which likely doesn't affect anything).
