How should the front sway bar be positioned when adjusting coilovers?

I recently adjusting my k sport coilovers, and realized that I have the option of letting the front sway bar sit high or low. Should I leave it as is, or should I raise it up an inch or two? My car's dropped 1.5 in.

I'd like to see that, I'm not sure how you would set it differently.

if you drop down you need to change the links. the sway bar should rid level with ground. the twisting ends need to be level, or as close to level as you can get it

how do you like the Ksports? / how do they ride? / have you had other aftermarket suspension on the Yaris before the Ksports? (if so, how did it compare)

I'm trying to decide between Teins and K-sports and it would be great to hear from someone who owns Ksports

isn't this why some kits look like they come with different roll-bar endlinks?

well, a bigger sway bar is more stout and harder to twist. you take a good chance of breaking stockers if you leave them on and get a bigger bar. this is one way of knowing you got a quality product if you get new links with it. but, they'll most likely be for stock height unless they specify otherwise.

i'd use the contact us option or call for info...call the company that made it, not the company that sells it as they'd likely not know their products that well...HOWEVER...there are some that know their products well. and if you find that you need to buy your products from them.

I thought it was weird that the coilovers didn't come with aftermarket end links. I called KSPORT awhile ago, and the guy on the phone told me they didn't have any links for the Yaris. I thought about buying some fit or tercel adjustable end links, but didn't want to spend the money on something I wasn't sure about.

Now how should I have the end links attached to the strut? Should they be to where there is alot of force needed to remove them, or is it ok if they easily come off the strut?

Hey Will,
I can't say they are better than the Tein's, cuz I've neve been in a car on those coilovers. What I do like better about the KSPORTS is that you are able to adjust the shocks, so that you can either have a stiff or soft ride.

I did have stech springs before, so I kind of have mixed feelings. I miss the little green Tein mascot. I'd say go for TEIN if you like your shocks stiff all the time, and KSPORTS if you like changing things up.
