HID Help

Hey all I have been installing an HID kit from the bay on my car. I have everything wired what I believe is correct but when I go to switch on the lights only the halogen burns. Here is a picture of the wiring I followed.

Any help is appreciated.

It looks like:
Black - Ground
Green - Positive to HID ballast
Yellow - Positive to Halogen

the black wired tab goes the the ground in the stock h4 plug

the green to the low beam

yellow to high beam (assuming you want hid low beams and halogen high beams.
