I have a MAF code p0100...:-(

i have a silver 2007 yaris base model sedan with some sweet 17 inch wheels and a afe cold air intake!

however i have a mass air code p0100. after checking all the wires checking the voltage, swapping the maf sensor for a new one, and CHANGING THE COMPUTER i still have a CEL UGH. i finally went to the toyota dealer, they said it MUST be the afe CAI ughhh whatever. i did get the intake used, but it was complete.

anyway, im swapping to the stock intake in a few days when it comes in, hopefully that solves the issue.

Did you unhook the battery before installing the intake,the MAF sensor is sensitive to being shorted out....well at least on the many Scions with same drivetrane that ends up being the problem.

Sounds like you changed the sensor out.....but unhook battery wait 5 min then rehook and start car and let idle for 5 min....

If all that does not work then the intake is not right.....also check the seals on the intake that goto the throttle body and filter,they may be loose and sucking air and that will also give you the same CEL.

yea my AFE constantly spit that code. its now in my basement collecting dust.
