Wow! Just left the speedway a while ago, let me tell you its one of the most intense things I have experienced... the power created by those car makes me & my car feel miniscule compared to them... lol I know there a hugh difference in engines & power but all I can say is damn! To feel, see, hear & also smell the cars as they scream by @ 180 mph is nuthing but amazing.... I'm in a state of awe .... lol... I'm now more inspired to take my car to futher heights...... I encourge all car enthusist or if you like stuff that goes fast to go & expierence a nascar or it can be any other motorsport in person.. you won't regret it...

Cool. Luckily for you it was a pretty close race there at the end too. Hate seeing Kevin Harvick win but it was a good finish nonetheless. And yeah, seeing it on TV just doesn't even come close to comparing to a live race. I went to a race in Texas last year and was totally unprepared for how loud those cars are flying around the track. And then when you see a wreck, holy crap! When you are right there live in person just a driver slapping the wall is pretty intense by itself.

Also getting some pre-race pit passes is a must at least once. Getting to walk around out there on pit lane with all the cars lined up in their boxes is quite the experience.

Can never go wrong with a live race or drift event at Fontana, or even Irwindale. Pure adrenaline!

Now that you got your motorsport-cherry popped, how would you like to be right in the middle of the action by taking your sedan out for a [smaller and much much safer] event (besides drag)?
