I've got a short circuit..help

hey everyone, I think it's a fuse problem, I was wiring an Led lamp from this connector, but unfortunately I had short cut there. Consequently, I lost all the dash lights except the gauge but it doesn't go less bright when I turn the exterior lights on.

Check the PANEL1 fuse in the under dash fuse box.

The fuse box is under the bottom of the dash, by the hood release lever. This diagram shows the layout of the fuses:
