It seems my rear window in 2008 sedan has developed a crackling noise sheet metal stress kind of
noise, I had a friend drive the car around the block while I was in the back listing for the source of
the noise, hard to pinpoint exactly where , but pretty sure it coming from the upper left area of the
rear window, this just started to happen a few days ago seems worse when car been sitting in the sun
sheet metal getting warm, this morning cool out side the crackling noise was gone, got off from
work car warmed by sun it was full on again , it is quite loud and very annoying, bumpy road and
turning a corner really trickers it, this really worries me is the unibody having stress failure??
I got 42000 miles now so this would not be covered by warranty from what I read in the warranty
booklet , the car has not been abused very normal driving, Am I shit out of luck here ?
learn to live it , should I give the dealer ship a try ? or is this properly A waste of time.
Anyone with similar problem, any advice on what to do here greatly appreciated thanks.
