Ok short and simple all i want to know is if I add a new muffler on the car along with a Weapon R cold air intake or some other CAI Will i increase Gas Mileage?? I added New wheels to the car and lost around 40 miles off my tank

NOPE cold air intakes are a waster of money..You'll gain some throttle response but loose fuel mileage.

your tires overall height could be throwing off your odometer too

usually intakes & exhaust are not going do much for gas mileage, its the nut behind the wheel ;)
