I've been looking online for a while with no luck. Does anybody know of a company that sells fender flares for a yaris HB. I want to run a slighty wider and lower offset wheel.

i think ur will have to settle with the universal flares and have them cut to fit basicly.. i also been looking around and have not found any.. CaliYaris has flares on his and it looks nice.

Yeah I saw Garms, I wouldn't mind thoes either if they work with the stock body without extensive modification.

If I remember correctly Garm used the flares from 1st gen xb....he had the guy make him a set that had 4 fronts as the rear flares on xB have the door cutout in them and dont lok right.

I tried on my buddies CF flares that he had sitting around this winter and they honestly are a near perfect match on the stock body, add body kit and you got a lot of trim work.

Hit up Garm he most likely has a great source for the xB flares.

after a little research it seems Team Autosports Thailand sells CF fenders, they might sell fiberglass/ABS versions too.

^ I can get those fenders in fiberglass, but they are stock width, no flare built in.

I used all-rear xB fender flares on my car, they work just fine with the stock body. I have two sets in stock.

well that's dumb. lol. a +3mm is small enough to go unnoticed and keep that stock look with that vent!

Garm think you posted wrong..thought those were the fronts you had a doube set made of for the car, cause the rear xB has the door cutout in the flare.

Also you have the vented fenders???????I am interested very interested.

We used the Racing Lifestyle Miata flares.

Any idea on the weight of the fiberglass fenders? Carbon would be nice, but only if its the real thing - not the single layer of carbon over fiberglass, resulting in no weight savings. :frown:

You're right, my bad.

@ Jason: I bet those carbon ones are not made for weight savings.

I'll ask about having some vented fenders sent with our next shipment.

Im trying to contact Autokonexion to see if we can get a group buy going. There fender flares are the same as the ones from Racing Lifestyle. Check out this link http://www.autokonexion.com/miata-carbon-fiber-fender-flare-version-p-79.html?osCsid=0pk3vov5ue5r1f3tg2s5siten1. Im planning on getting the fiberglass ones cause there only around $250.

Always seems to be the case. We got a "carbon" hood for Philips Miata before he sold it... Weighed more than the stock aluminum hood.

Yea it funny but I always hear carbon this and that but really unless it's laid 100% with correct materials you not going to have a lightweight item. I go and have been since 1980s down with old school fiberglass mat resin and gelcoat... It can be very light and very strong , oh but carbon LOOKS so racer !! Lol

Oh sure, back in 08, I eluded to the desire to put flares on and dump the hell outta my hatch, and boy, did I get flamed. Seems like the community is finally coming around to the idea.

Guess I was ahead of the times =p
