I want to have a tire like 215/70/16 in 16x7 wheel or how big of a tire I can fit on these wheels and I just want to fill the gap from the wheel well,Im also on my stock suspension.

It's tall, but you can fit a 205/55/16 with stock suspension.

I'm thinking they would be way too tall.
Go to Tirerack.com and select any tire in that size then click on SPECS to see its diameter. Our stock diameter is 23.7" Your car will be very sluggish with monster rubber and the tires may contact the inner fenders during compression.

The Yaris TS, for example, runs 205/45/17's (24.3" diameter) as OEM. Plus, the TS has slightly lower stock suspension than our cars... and there's a fair bit of room left in those wheel wells.

205/55/16's (24.9" diameter) are 2.6% taller than 205/45/17's... which is quite acceptable, particularly considering our cars sit on higher stock suspension than the TS.

In Japan, it's not unusual to see a base model Vitz running 205/50/17's without issues on stock suspension.

However, I believe you may get some minor rubbing on the front fender liners when lock-to-lock.

I remember a few Yarisworld members are running 205/55/16's and 205/50/17's. Perhaps you could do a search and check with them about their experiences with taller tyres.
