2010 Yaris Sedan - Need Key Programmed to the Immobilizer

I've managed to buy a key off Ebay, program the key to work with my doors (my doors are locking and unlocking), but I'm unable to register my key to the enginer immobilizer.

I've read several publications on how to register the key, but none of those seem to work. Has anyone here successfully programmed their key to their immobilizer?

I have the master key that came with the car. So, this should be easy.
