REMOTE START HELP NO TACH SIGNAL

i just installed PRESTIGE 901C remote start on my 2007 yaris h/b auto . all wiring is correct but ran into slight problem during tach programing . it doesnt seem to get a signal. no signal no program, no program no remote start.:confused:

prestige tach wire= green with orange
yaris tach wire = the one at ecu port far left

UPDATE for peeps who like to peep.lol.

Took scotts advice maybe the module is broke. Called audiovoxtech customer service and they said to send the module and they'll send me a new one. Sent out the package yesterday.

I also set the AutoPlay. There was a problem with the standard security system.
She was in the ignition. (not immobilizer)
